LetHub was born from a simple frustration: why is property management software still stuck in 2005? We're on a mission to give every letting agent, landlord, and property manager in the UK the tools they deserve — modern, intelligent, and a joy to use.
Our journey
Founded in Manchester
James and Priya, frustrated by clunky legacy tools at their family letting agency, started building LetHub from a co-working space in the Northern Quarter.
First 50 agency partners
Despite the pandemic, we onboarded 50 agencies who needed cloud tools more than ever. Remote inspections and digital signatures became our first killer features.
£5M Series A
Backed by leading proptech investors, we expanded the team from 8 to 35 and launched our AI-powered maintenance triage system.
National coverage
Expanded across all four UK nations with full jurisdiction-aware compliance. Launched our open banking integration for automated rent reconciliation.
Enterprise launch
Released our Enterprise tier serving portfolios of 1000+ properties. Partnered with three of the UK's largest block management firms.
AI & beyond
Launched the LetHub AI Property Assistant, processing over 50,000 tenant queries monthly. Named in the top 50 UK Proptech companies.
